Integrity Professional Resources
A sister company of Integrity Services and Solutions
Human Resources is a field characterized by complexity, change, and sensitivity. Even well-established businesses occasionally run into tough challenges that fall outside the comfort zone and experience of their employees and leaders. Hiring niche specialists or managers can be expensive and time-consuming; plus, human resources problems can arise quickly and without forewarning.
That’s why Integrity Services and Solutions President Diane Klinger established Integrity Professional Resources, a consulting division of the business that specializes in meeting the HR needs of small employers with 2 - 150+ employees.
Armed with over 20 years of human resources experience in fields such as wholesale distribution, automobile sales, banking, general contracting, retail, and more, Diane and her team provide exceptional advice, guidance, and planning for a wide variety of industries.
“Diane is a tremendous leader and has over come incredible odds to build a successful business by helping other businesses fulfil their HR needs. You will not be disappointed, her story is nothing less than amazing. We (the Bank and I) were lucky enough to have had her knowledge lead us through HR issues from 2016 until last year when we grew too large and needed to bring someone in as a FT employee.”
