Happy Holidays!
The first Sales Therapy session is in the books, and I’m thrilled for the next one. Special thanks to Diane for capturing what my memory missed. I particularly liked the first go around where we learned so much about each other that lead to comfortable conversations. Who would have guessed that we would have a survivor of electrocution and a black widow spider bite on the eye, on our first call. Who knows what the future will bring?
I’ve compiled a list of topics that you would like to see in the future. I grouped these based on similarity.
All of these topics will be converted in the coming weeks.
- Networking tips
- How do I gain trust (quickly) in limited time?
- Get more comfortable in front of people.
- Work more on the 70/30 in rapport.
- Prospecting to business clients: how to find them.
- Getting past the gatekeeper.
- Knowing when it’s time and how to fire a client?
- When we realize we’re not a fit in a sales meeting, how do I get out of the meeting without being a jerk?
- The value proposition in market, we struggle with being seen as not the cheapest in the market, how to leverage trust to change perception.
- Negative reverse, developing pain, get to the decision maker.
- Handling the “no”.
- Learn how to leverage how to use no’s to your advantage.
The Holiday season is a great time to practice networking at parties and less serious social gatherings.
Here are six and a half great questions that you can use to keep the conversation flowing.
- Where did you grow up?
- How many siblings do you have and where did you fall in that order?
- What sibling did you feel closer to?
- What did your Mom and Dad do for a living?
- Who handled most of the discipline in the house?
- What was your favorite food to eat when you were a child?
- What was one of the happiest times that you remember during your childhood growing up?
Here’s a question for the group…What was your New Year’s Resolution for 2023? How long did it last?
Our next Sales Therapy is Scheduled for January 10th at 10:30 ET. Details to follow.
